Fuel Surcharges have been suspended by all the cruise lines! 

 
In December 2008, all the cruise lines announced suspension of fuel supplements.  Those that have not sailed but have already paid their final payment will receive a refund in the form of a shipboard credit.  If final payment has not been made, the fuel supplement will be removed from the reservation.  For detail, ask your Best Cruise Buy travel consultant at 1-866-622-7447.
